Logan City Council have shared this great time-lapse video showing the quick installation of their new 32m Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) trussed bridge linking Compton Road to the Greenlink Environmental and Recreation Corridor.
icubed consulting were engaged by Wagners to design, inspect and certify this in addition to the 14m FRP trussed bridge, 50m of FRP elevated boardwalk and the associated reinforced concrete bored piers and headstock for this new development. The site is subject to varying cross-falls and longitudinal falls so the foundations and superstructures were modelled accurately to ensure the performance of the new infrastructure.
