The new Redlands Madza showroom and workshop sits proudly on Redland Bay Road, Capalaba, with construction works recently being completed.

Construction works for the impressive new showroom were carried out by Multispan Australia, with icubed consulting providing civil engineering support throughout the development approval, operational works and construction phases of the development.

As part of the development of this site a number of critical challenges needed to be addressed, from works with both local council and state-controlled roadways, to a site with 4m fall requiring intensive coordination between the architectural and civil teams.
