Sorrento Subdivision

icubed consulting were engaged by FKG Group to undertake the urban planning and detailed engineering design for a 1 (one) Lot into 102 (one hundred and two) lot residential subdivision on a 8.5 hectare vacant lot in Kearney Springs, Toowoomba. The lots vary between 540 sq.m and 970 sq.m.

icubed consulting were responsible for carrying out the design and documentation of all aspects of this design including bulk earthworks, sediment and erosion control, roadworks, stormwater conveyance and quality along with water and sewer reticulation.
