Lot 281 Pearson Road, Yatala

The project for Pearson Road, Yatala, was for Fraser’s Property Group, who engaged icubed consulting to provide hydraulic and civil engineering services.

The project was for a 30,000 square metre warehouse facility for a glass bottle distribution company. icubed worked with Fraser’s Property Group to provide a design that met their brief and the Greenstar 6 star-rating warehouse with rain water reticulation and re-use to provide 80% water recirculation, fully monitored water meters to allow water monitoring, 6 star Wells accredited fittings including solar for hot water.

With respect to civil engineering, the site’s roof water and pavement water, storm water and finished levels were provided by icubed, plus we oversaw the construction of the external sewer works for on-maintenance with the Gold Coast City Council.
