IJC Office & Yard Re-Development

icubed has undertaken the design of a 1200sqm office building at 151 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba.

The office has a high exposure to the northern access to the city and provides part of a new northern business district.

Whilst not constructed, icubed negotiated the development approval for the building which allows the client secure long term premises.
