Dianthus Street

icubed consulting have assisted the Brethren church with the subdivision and development of a new meeting hall at the corner of Dianthus and Basella St, Wakerley.

The subdivision works included road widening, sewer, Telstra and water works. The development approval was largely contingent on vegetation management and flood modelling completed by our hydraulics team.

Lot 3 was held by the church in which it constructed a new meeting hall and associated parking to suit their regular reading events.

The construction of the subdivision was project managed and engineering inspection were carried on the remainder of construction.
