Baby Bunting – Kessels Road

After approximately 12 months of planning and 6 months construction the Baby Bunting Store at Macgregor was successfully opened to public June 2015.

Located along one of the Brisbane’s most sought after large format retailing strips the new Baby Bunting store on Kessels Road, Macgregor is comprised of approximately 1800 square meters of lettable floor area comprised of new retail floor, staff areas, amenities and back of house storage.

Repurposing the old industrial structures with substantial constraints on development was time consuming however the final works speak for itself having substantially improved the positioning of this asset for the owners, the tenant and the public.
