icubed consulting were engaged by Anthony and Jane Rowe Family Trust to provide full building design, structural, civil and hydraulic engineering and Energy Efficiency for an extension situated at 1795 Wynnum Road. icubed initially prepared a concept plan for the 100 sqm extension proposed at the above address, then prepared concept sketches for a number of scenarios on further extending the existing centre.

The proposal covered the extension of the existing chemist and the relocation of the printing company to allow for the new fish factory outlet in tenancy 8. The site had become strained but our sketches indicated the potential for this work. The phasing of the project was aimed at providing a step-by-step approach in assessing feasibility as well as tenant and council compliance
