As concerns about the COVID-19 Virus continue to escalate throughout our region, icubed want to outline to our valued clients and suppliers that we are doing everything possible to maintain the high level of support and service that you have come to expect from our team. There is little doubt that this is shaping up to be one of the greatest challenges of our careers to date, and the impacts of COVID-19 will likely be felt over a sustained period. The health and well being of our clients, staff, suppliers and their families is paramount to us at icubed and we are instituting a series of measures to limit the potential impacts.
Certainly, icubed will be following government recommended practises and in many circumstances exceeding them. To that end we are very much open for business and continue to deliver on your projects to the best of our capacity.
We continue to keep our Brisbane and Melbourne offices open and have instituted a series of additional measures to protect everyone including;
-
Increased focus on sanitation, cleaning and social distancing measures
-
Elimination of travel by air or public transport
-
Extending our telecommuting capacities, so presently around three quarters of our staff are working remotely to our offices, from 23 different locations across three states
-
Adjustment of working hours to minimise staff contact and other possible exposure points
-
Clear contingency plans to ensure we have;
-
healthy office and site staff able to service our clients’ needs
-
alternative resources and suppliers where applicable
-
redundancy in communication paths.
-
-
Enhanced data management protocols
