12 months on and icubed consulting’s Melbourne office is expanding! Heading our Melbourne office is icubed’s Renewables Manager Rod Hetherington together with Civil Engineers Aaron Musgrave and Dan Kyriacou.
With works commencing on a number of wind farms across Victoria and Tasmania, our Collins Street office is the ideal location for icubed staff to service project sites, both urban and regional. They are working towards the office growing beyond its renewable’s roots into Building and Infrastructure.
Our newest team members Marcus Palmer and Mark Bishop.
Civil Engineer Marcus Palmer has joined the Melbourne icubed team with a background in building defect consulting. Marcus has completed a Masters of Civil Engineering at the University of Melbourne prior to joining the construction industry.
“I’m excited to join icubed as a site engineer working on the Murra Warra Wind Farm project as it provides the opportunity to combine my interest in structural/civil design with my passion for renewable energy. Being based on site of a large-scale construction project allows for invaluable exposure to the numerous engineering processes involved throughout the duration of the works”
Mark Bishop has worked in the Civil Engineering sector for over 20 years having extensive experience with civil infrastructure.
Previous projects include Urban and Rural road design, Urban Development, Carparks, Building platforms and site development with associated Drainage and Infrastructure, Sewerage, Landfill Remediation, Mining, Transport, Tunnels, Marine, Power and Environment.
Mark’s has extensive design experience with 12d modelling (15+years) and drafting in AutoCAD (20+years), survey assessment and construction support and is very much looking forward to the challenge as a senior member of the team to help push the Victorian office to bigger and better!
