Scope of Work

This warehouse development has been constructed over 4 stages establishing 2,000m2 of warehousing space for the property manager.

The building provides warehousing tenants what they require with external awnings and easy access that is a proven success to the property manager.

Additional concrete, steel and wall construction methods have been provided to protect the building for these forklift driven tenants.

Filling to the site raised the ground over 1m but the building went under water by 1.2m in the 2011 floods.  Alterations to the electrical boards and changing wall systems in offices to provide removable cladding maintains a building if these floods were to occur again.
